Mockups are charged as 1 setup charge. This includes the initial mockup as well as two minor edits. 

Blank templates are available. Ask your rep for details. 

10 pc MOQ per SKU is required on initial orders. Fill-ins/repeats as low as 1 unit available. Surcharges may apply, see SHIPPING for more information.

Shipping is included on orders over $300(P). All orders ship express service on our account. Time in transit is typically 2-5 business days depending on destination.
